Antonio D. Paris comes to the firm as Of Counsel and assists in a variety of matters. As a former Law Clerk for Burns White, a mid-sized firm located in Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Paris worked in the Railroad Law Practice Group handling cases involving occupational disease, toxic tort litigation, qui tam matters, allegations of personal and occupational injuries and wrongful death claims brought under the Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA).
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Paris was a Legal Intern with the Federal Public Defenders Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania where he routinely helped with the criminal defense of a variety of felony cases, at all stages of trial. Finally, Mr. Paris has also interned for the Movement Law Lab, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the idea of movement lawyering by helping practicing attorneys understand their role to underserved populations outside of the courtroom and formal attorney-client relationships.
