New Gold Card and Platinum Card Immigration Program

On September 19, 2025, President Trump signed an Executive Order to launch the Gold Card Program, instructing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of State to start the program within 90 days, including setting up who qualifies and how to apply.

What is the Gold Card?

The Gold Card gives you the chance to live in the U.S. permanently and may lead to citizenship. Initially, only 80,000 cards will be available, but more may be added later. If you’re interested, don’t wait—talk to Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC to learn how to apply.

To qualify, you must:

  • Be eligible for a green card (lawful permanent resident status).
  • Be admissible to the United States with a visa available.
  • Be able to make a $1 million gift contribution.

How to apply:

  • Fill out the application and pay a non-refundable processing fee.
  • DHS will review your documents and run a background check.
  • If approved, you’ll need to pay the $1 million gift contribution.

Benefits of the Gold Card

  • Live in the U.S. with no limits and possibly become a citizen.
  • Faster processing than other immigration options.
  • No need to invest in a business or project.

Corporate Gold Card

Businesses can sponsor employees for U.S. residency with a $2 million gift contribution per employee.

  • Cards can be transferred to other employees (with a nonrefundable fee and DHS review), which is a huge benefit for the business.
  • An annual maintenance fee applies.

Platinum Card (Coming Soon)

Starting September 2025, you can join the waitlist for the Platinum Card. This card will differ from the Gold Card in that it will allow you to spend up to 270 days in the US without being subject to US taxes on non-US income, and it will require a $5 million gift contribution.
